Shipping policy

All labels will be delivered via Yodel or Evri with tracking information provided. Subject to availability, orders will be shipped on the same day or the next day.

We do hold stock for most labels, however, where stock needs to be replenished, please allow 5-7 days for orders to be shipped. Customers will be informed in these instances via email.

All African cuisine labels are print on demand. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping.

Where customers have placed an order that includes a mixture of print on demand and regular (e.g. easy peel chicken) labels, the order will be sent in a single shipment to reduce shipping costs. This may result in your order potentially being shipped in 7-10 days.
